EPC delivery of a new high-strength industrial WWTP, treating complex pharmaceutical effluent and enabling the site’s manufacturing validation programme.

Results and Impact

  • Critical path delivery: WWTP must be operational before they can commence validation and qualification, making programme certainty central to project success.
  • High-strength treatment performance: Designed for BOD >6,000 mg/l and COD >8,000 mg/l, with guaranteed permeate quality of BOD <10 mg/l, TSS <10 mg/l and TP <1 mg/l.
  • Programme acceleration: Permastore GLS tanks reduce on-site
    construction time versus in-situ concrete, supporting the May 2026 water run milestone.
  • Expansion embedded from day one: Full Phase 2B capacity designed within the
    Phase 2A footprint, avoiding further planning, land take, remobilisation or intrusive rework.
  • In-house dewatering package: Glanua Industrial SP2-400 dual screw press designed,
    built and factory-tested in Navan, reducing supplier lead-time risk and improving lifecycle support
