With our inhouse manufacturing facility specialising in Galvanized Mild Steel (GMS) and Stainless Steel (SS), we bring 25 years of expertise in the fabrication industry to deliver exceptional solutions. Our strong relationships with material stockists and a well-stocked inventory of raw materials ensure a streamlined fabrication process.

Located in Navan, Co. Meath, our state-of-the-art facilities consist of dedicated workshops, allowing for the segregation of GMS and Stainless Steel environments.

CNC Workshop: Our advanced CNC workshop, managed by qualified operators, produces stock elements for our fabrication function. This ensures a controlled supply chain for bespoke mechanical components, including the dewatering screw press, which we fabricate in-house. The CNC workshop also houses our workshop management team and assembly line for screw press technology.

Fabrication Workshop: In our dedicated fabrication workshop, our experienced stainless steel welders work in a safe environment to fabricate large DAF units, inlet works screening equipment, and other custom-engineered equipment.

Stores: At our Glanua stores, we maintain a range of PVC and stainless pipework, as well as various mechanical and electrical components required for our operations. This enables our manufacturing and assembly crews to work efficiently and independently, minimizing reliance on third-party suppliers.
