Project Overview
Design, delivery and operation of interim and permanent wastewater treatment infrastructure for the manufacturing site, including a negotiated EPC main works contract and 10-year O&M agreement.

- Interim-to-permanent strategy: Modular interim assets were designed from the outset for reuse in the permanent facility, avoiding duplicate capital spend.
- €2.5m CAPEX saving: ECI-led value engineering delivered circa €2.5m savings versus the original specimen design without compromising IED compliance or treatment performance.
- In-house manufactured equipment: Glanua skid-mounted lamella clarifier, double screw press and polymer dosing system were factory-built, pre-commissioned and reused in the main works.
- Future-ready design: MBR facility designed for expansion from 1,000 m³/d to 1,500 m³/d with minimal disruption to live manufacturing operations.
- Lifecycle assurance: 10-year O&M contract provides long-term process expertise, operational continuity and compliance support.
